The Janz Corporation (Janz), established in 1999 is a medical products solution provider to the US Government. Customers include federal agencies, the US military, state governments and NATO alliance countries. Janz is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and certified through the VA Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE). From the battlefield to the bedside, Janz offers a wide variety of market-recognized medical equipment and supplies.
The owners of Janz have over 60 years of collective experience in selling and servicing medical equipment. We have the expertise to analyze your requirements and provide a solution, even in situations where those needs include sophisticated configurations or medical kits to meet unique demands. With our extensive background in equipment maintenance, repair diagnosis, we are also able to assess and recommend the appropriate AED management plan for your office building or military base.

Richard Finsterbusch is a retired Major (US ARMY), having served in various positions, including infantry Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Public Affairs Officer and Communications (NATO) in Kosovo. He has served throughout the world including Germany, Iraq, Kuwait, and in the US, stationed at Fort Benning and Fort Carson. Prior to joining The Janz Corporation, Richard was the pre-hospital military sales market leader for Philips Healthcare, a global Fortune 100 corporation.
Mr. Finsterbusch was consistently a top performer at Philips, having received Pinnacle Club awards on numerous occasions. Richard graduated with honors from Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Brian brings extensive experience in management, product development, and government marketing to The Janz Corporation.
Brian sold his first company, Fiberlock Technologies, Inc. to Apollo Global Management, LLC and has taken several medical and industrial safety companies public. Previous employment includes: Telemus Solutions, a Raytheon Company as a Director of Marketing and Philips Healthcare, as the Vice President of Business Development Government Solutions.
Mr. Healey received his BS degree from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC PROJECTS
John Endres founded The Janz Corporation in 1999. Mr. Endres provides valuable distribution experience to The Janz Corporation and has a reputation for managing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Mr. Endres revolutionized the EMS, industrial and government defibrillator (AED) market by developing comprehensive web-based applications that allowed his customers to gather knowledge, compare products and order supplies.
Mr. Endres is well-versed in government procurement vehicles and has over 20 years of government buying experience.
Gordon is a 28 year US Army veteran rising to the rank of Major with a concentration in the fields of information operations, human resources and logistics. Gordon did three tours in Iraq and one in Haiti.
In addition to his time spent serving with our military, he has worked with international and regional organizations under various financial, operational and human resource titles.
As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Gordon has a strong reputation for continuous improvement and strategic planning. Gordon earned a BS Degree from Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University.
VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL MANAGER, JANZ CORPORATION
Mike has spent over 20 years supervising government sales, which includes Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and many other Federal Agencies. He has extensive experience managing large government procurement contracts. These contracts include: FSS GSA/VA, DAPA, ECAT, US Army PEO STRI and agency BPAs. Mike has been involved with multiple startups in the healthcare and environmental safety space.
Mike earned his BA degree from the University of New Hampshire.
VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
Neal has over 15 years in strategic and B2B marketing leadership roles, helping fortune 500 companies accelerate growth. He has experience in the commercialization of new products and services for medical device and supply chain companies. Neal also has entrepreneurial experience in the retail space, where he owned and operated a multi-unit franchise.
Neal holds an undergraduate degree in accountancy from Miami University as well as an M.B.A. from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
JEN TSCHOEPE, PT, DPT, NCS
DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION SERVICES
Jen Tschoepe received her Bachelor's degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado in 2010, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2014. After completion of her Doctorate, Jen went on to Boston University to complete a Post-Doctoral Neurological Residency Program and became a Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist in 2016.
Since then, Jen has been focused on working with patients with a wide range of neurological conditions. As an Indego Instructor, Jen works with clinicians and patients educating them on the use and benefits of the Indego exoskeleton, as well as helping them to implement exoskeleton programs at their specific rehab locations. through innovated care.
KHALID BARAZANJI, PhD
TECHNICAL MILITARY ADVISOR
Dr. Khalid Barazanji was formerly the Chief of the Enroute Care and Airworthiness Division at The United States Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL), Fort Rucker, AL where he managed the Airworthiness Certification and Evaluation (ACE) Branch for over 16 years. Dr. Barazanji evolved the ACE Branch into a unique world-wide recognized, high quality program dedicated to T&E and certification of medical equipment for military use. Dr. Barazanji worked closely with the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Marine Corps on the airworthiness of over 50 medical devices and transport systems. He was responsible for initiating a new research program dedicated to military enroute care.
Dr. Barazanji is DoD Acquisition Level III certified through the Defense Acquisition University. He is the recipient of the NATO Scientific Achievement Award 2013, HFM-184 STO Task Group on "Safe Ride Standards for Patient Evacuation Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)", May 2014. Recipient of the "Order of Aeromedical Merit", May 2007, The Society of United States Army Flight Surgeons. Currently He is the Founder and CEO of Zymica LLC and Co-Founder of ActiBioMotion LLC.
Deborah Gray is an experienced corporate attorney who has represented professional services, management consulting and technology companies for nearly 30 years. She was the first General Counsel of Sapient Corporation where she played an integral part in taking the company public and growing it from 100 employees to over 3,500 employees around the world when she left.
Ms. Gray began her legal career at WilmerHale in the Corporate Department where she attained Junior Partner status. Ms. Gray earned her JD from Boston College Law School and her BA from Colby College.
